Ristorante Mohaye: Reviews & Ratings
The food was great, and a lady (I think she was the owner) made us feel very welcomed. She explained all the dishes to us and gave us recommendations.
Very good meat plantain and spinach dishes. We really liked the food. Different than the other options in Naples.
Absolutely delicious! If you like fish, this is absolutely the place to go.
Authentic food, super tasty but you have to like it. Put it like this: it's an experience and you have to be willing to chat with the people there to negotiate what you get. But after the initial moment when we walked in and were probably the only white people to walk in there randomly in a while we were treated very nicely and could point to other tables and get "what they have". Again, it's an experience but their Gombo is pretty authentic (I gather) and I would go back there 10/10.
delicious food! portions were generous. and service was attentive and kind. a gem of Ivorian cuisine in naples
This place did not disappoint. We were staying in a bed and breakfast close by and when I saw the reviews about this restaurant I couldn’t say No. It was nice having something in Italy besides Italian. The fried beef with fried mature plantain’s was delicious. I will go back.
Great place! Very good food, authentic atmosphere, friendly staff. I recommend Aloko Soukouya and Salade Mixte in particular.
I have eaten African food in Amsterdam. And in Gothenburg. And Cap Verde. This restaurant is a way better than everything from sub Sahara i have eaten. Beware, portions are big! Everything is cooked from basic. Fishes var delicious! They really know how to make a fish. It was worth waiting. If you like African food - it is absolute "must to". If you just want to try something exotic - this is the place you can try it as it should be cooked.
